COMING SOON We are developing a Brompton conversion kit that is based around repurposed, official Brompton front hub motors. Mechanically, the official Brompton motors are quality motors, but what lets them down is the integrated controller. These electronics die and make the motor destined for landfill. Rebellion Bike have developed a system which allows these motors to be re-used, by replacing the internal controller with an external controller. Ditching the CAN-BUS based communication system for UART, meaning you can use any battery you like. You are no longer tied to Brompton branded parts and their closed ecosystem. This kit is going to be affordable, repairable and sustainable. THE most environmentally sound choice and still supplied with a 1 year warranty.
