Customer service and paper are of high quality! I use this on Epson wide format which has an 11 x 14 paper size. I have a canon pro 100 which does not have this paper size it’s standard is 11 x 17 -I created a template in illustrator and I can print that way. I haven’t tried the canon for borderless with this paper size-only with a white background image. Shrinkwrap is fine I can understand the use for it (I’d still like it less tight) it freaks me out every time I have to open the box. I have had a bad experience from a previous paper brand that just got tighter (even after talking to the President of the company) and bowed the paper so badly that you couldn’t press it out. I have had a bit of that happen with this paper in other sizes as well. This box is slightly curled on one side but I didn’t take any stars away for it. I am going to press it and hope for the best.
