They seem a little thinner than the ones i bought in the store..not 100% sure?? But unlike some other premium diapers they have an adjustable foam tail hole & absorbent padding that goes up beyond the tail hole. They stop most (not all) leakage, but are definitely the best i found so far (other than pampers).. fyi – i bought the xs for my 6# yorkie & they’re a snug but good fit. I will occasionally use them with a washable diaper for extra security (she can be a houdini)
