I needed a longer air fryer sheets to fit the slide basket of my large air fryer oven.Most don’t reach and regular parchment would end up needing to be cut on one side to fit, which is a waste of time and money when in a pinch (let’s face it, we’re using an air fryer to save on time and money so…).Make clean up a breeze.I wish I could’ve found a brand that made rectangular ones, like 12×13 or 12×14, but the 12×12 does well.Because my air fryer oven does more than just air fry fries, the only downside of these 12×12 is, if you cook something that will release a lot of fat, the ends aren’t long enough to keep the grease from dripping via the corner.So I always need a pan to catch drippings, though the problem is when sliding out to rotate items, it can drip out anyway.But it does not seep through the sheet itself!Each sheet can also be used more than once especially if what you’re cooking isn’t greasy or doesn’t make a mess (say I’m making fries or tater tots, chicken nuggets etc for the kids). Just wipe off the crumbs and reuse.Truly, even when greasy—like when doing multiple batches—you can wipe off and reuse one more time, as they don’t rip or poke holes through.I will definitely buy again (unless I find rectangular ones).
