The old green machine I’m replacing with this has got to be closing in on 10 years old at this point, and I’m happy to say this seems like a good upgrade if you have one of the older models. We haven’t had any pet cleanups needed since getting this but it did clean up some canvas patio furniture with ease.Right off the bat the best improvement has to be that the cleaning solution is maintained in a completely separate reservoir than the water, this allows you to rinse things without wasting cleaning solution if you desire. There is a switch that allows you to toggle spraying just water or water cleaner on the tank. It also has a built in “cleaning” mode which sprays cleaner directly into the nozzle, time will tell how effective this is.This unit is quieter than my old one as well, but I suspect these all get louder over time. The heating is a nice touch as well but I’m not sure how big of a difference it makes in the end. I did check the temperature of the spray coming out with the heat on and it was around 95F, vs the 120F claimed. Overall this was the only thing this didn’t deliver on and to me that’s not a deal breaker.One issue I had was removal of the waste water tank, it does not pop up straight like the clean water tank does but you have to first tilt it to the side before it will release which confused me for a bit but that’s my fault for not reading the instructions I’m sure.
