This product definitely does what it says, but I recently learned that it did bleach out my carpet. Lucky for me our carpets already light color so you can’t really tell unless you look very close. But I just recently learned that dogs don’t like scented products, and many times they will P on top of the scent to cover it. So I have recently stopped using this product on my carpets but will use it on the Astroturf P pads outside to attract them to P on the Astroturf. I do rinse shortly after applied. I have used my shampooer inside the house with just a little bit of vinegar and water in the soap dispenser, and have gone over my rugs to pull this stuff out. Then I use only hot water and go over it until I do not see any more subs coming back. Since I have done that there has been less and less P in the house. Getting scented products, to either cover up, or distract them does not work. Notice how a dog sniffs, sniffs, sniffs before he urinates? That’s what happens when they find a scent they don’t like and they cover it with their own scent. Makes sense! This product does work, spray any product pushes P into the pad, dogs have a lot of receptive sensors in their nose, so they will P deep into carpet, same with cats. Its a good product it will remove the urine, on the surface. What you see after applying we believe its gone, but it really is not, a little bit of a gimmick to get you to buy more. Do some research regarding pet urine removal and how these products can mask it, not stop or deter pet. [...]
